what customers see on estimatesMatch a past estimate
looks onlyLiked how your old estimates looked? Drop a PDF or a photo of one and your proposals take on that look — template, colors, logo and text size, the terms line — and any blank letterhead fields fill in from it. Only the look is copied; prices, customers and job details are never read into your account. Then fine-tune it in the box below.
Change the look
looks onlySay what to change about how your proposals look — "make the logo bigger", "use dark blue", "bigger total", "switch to the minimal template", "smaller text". This box is only for the look of the document. Prices, customers, plans and settings each have their own screen; anything else typed here is turned down.
Your trades
Your membership covers one trade. Each additional trade is $/mo and gets its own estimator. Add one mid-month and it's charged today, usable as soon as the payment clears, then part of your regular bill from the 1st. Remove one and it stays on through the end of the month you've paid for — decide before the 1st.

Give another contractor your code. When they sign up with it and pay their first invoice, $100 comes off your next bill. No limit.
Your team
Office logins are for a secretary or anyone who helps run the paperwork: they can start estimates, send proposals, write invoices, add change orders, book visits and schedule inspections. They never see your costs, margins, labor rates, markup, pay links, your plan or billing — those stay owner-only, and the numbers are held back on the server, not just hidden. Owner logins see everything. Add a login and they get an email to choose their own password.
